The sleeping area is accessed through a corridor and consists of a bathroom and 2 bedrooms with twin beds. One of the bedrooms opens up to a southeast-facing pergola through a picture window with double glazing. The bathroom is equipped with 2 sinks, an electric towel dryer, a shower-bath, and storage drawers. A tiled worktop between the towel rail and bath provides space for baby toiletries.
The villa is equipped with electric heating for comfort throughout the year. The third bedroom, facing west, features 2 single beds. Additionally, a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people is provided in the living room.
On the ground floor, there is a pool area with wrought iron gates for added security. The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace that offers natural protection from winds and prying eyes. The gates to the pool area are inaccessible to young children.
The property also offers a garage for one car, and private parking space for up to 3 cars. Please note that there is a separate studio on the ground level, which is occupied by the owner and is not part of the rental.
