This spacious room is 20 m² and features a walk-in closet. It includes a large 140 cm bed and a sofa bed, as well as a comfortable seating area with a TV that offers Freeview channels. The room also has a lovely bathroom with a bathtub. Breakfast will be served by the hostess in the shared kitchen from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.Here are the rates for your stay:
- 1 night: 1 person for 30 euros (check-in is available from 3:00 pm and check-out is until 12:00 pm)
- 1 night: 2 people for 45 euros (check-in is available from 3:00 pm and check-out is until 12:00 pm)

This is a newly built, independent duplex apartment with separate entrances on each level. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities such as a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and espresso coffee machine. There is also a comfortable lounge area and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with a sitting area and a TV with Freeview channels. The apartment is 50 sqm in size and faces east, allowing for plenty of natural light.We also offer the option of one-night bed and breakfast accommodations. Please contact us for more information.
The outdoor area is equally impressive, with a 600 sqm park where you can unwind after exploring our beautiful region. Barbecue facilities are available upon request.
The maximum capacity of the apartment is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The following services are included in the rental: bed linen, electricity (up to 8KW/day), water, and parking. We also offer additional services such as laundry upon request.
