I am renting a private room on the ground floor of the owners' house, located in the outskirts of Roquefort des Corbières village. The house is situated 7 km away from the sea and just a 10-minute drive from the nearest beaches. The room includes a comfortable double bed, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a cozy lounge area with a sofa bed. There is also a lovely terrace which offers views of a charming Mediterranean garden, spanning across 100 m² and equipped with a barbecue.

Roquefort des Corbières (11) is a picturesque village located between Narbonne and Perpignan, and it is only a 35-minute drive from Spain. This area boasts a stunning wine region, with a fascinating history that includes both Roman and medieval influences. Additionally, the surrounding natural environment offers a wealth of attractions such as lakes and the sea.

Directions

To reach Roquefort des Corbières, take the motorway and exit at Sigean. It's only a five-minute drive from there. Head towards Perpignan. To return to Roquefort via National N9, take the first right towards Fraisse and then turn left onto Route 22 towards Corbières.
