Welcome to La Cortanela, the luxury Bed and Breakfast owned by Chris and Tricia. Built in 2007, our beautiful home offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Situated 2kms from Limoux in Aude, our location provides a breathtaking view of The Pyrenees.

We have one spacious and comfortable guest room available, complete with a wet room en suite, double bed, two cozy chairs, a tea tray, and your own terrace with a table and two chairs. Stay connected with our free wifi and enjoy entertainment on the television. For your convenience, there is also a small fridge for drinks and snacks. Most importantly, you have your own private access.

Start your day with a delicious and satisfying breakfast, consisting of fresh bread, croissants, seasonal fruits, cheese, yogurts, compotes, and jam. This delightful meal is usually served on a terrace overlooking the stunning Pyrenees.

Don't forget to take advantage of our fine swimming pool, perfect for relaxation. Adjacent to the pool area, we also offer table tennis, a cycling machine, and a fridge. The pool and its surrounding area provide a serene atmosphere with a magnificent view of the mountains. Rest assured, our parking is secure and we even have a charging point for electric cars. Additionally, our property boasts a large garden for you to explore and enjoy.

Limoux is renowned for its Blanquette, a delightful fizzy wine, making it an ideal base for exploring the Cathar Castles, embarking on scenic walks, indulging in wine tastings, and engaging in activities like canoeing and rafting. Furthermore, the famous medieval city of Carcassonne is just a short 20-minute drive away.

Il est des lieux si plaisants que lon serait tenté de nen point parler pour les conserver jalousement et égoïstement dans sa mémoire et son cur, telle est la Cortanela où la qualité de laccueil de Tricia et Chris na dégal que la beauté de leur demeure. Le chemin daccès est un peu raide mais comme toute belle chose qui se mérite une fois parvenu sur leur hauteur vous bénéficierez dune splendide vue sur les Pyrénées et les vignobles de Limoux. Très jolie maison avec une végétation luxuriante et odorante entretenue avec soin, et dotée dune piscine très agréable. La chambre est spacieuse et fort agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner où vous seront notamment proposés des fruits frais du jardin et des confitures maison. Vos hôtes vous feront également profiter de leurs judicieux conseils pour des buts de visites ou un bon restaurant. Même Ben, un border collie très affectueux et malicieux se met de la partie pour vous faire aimer ce lieu enchanteur. En résumé, la Cortanela est un formidable point dancrage pour découvrir cette belle région du Languedoc Roussillon
