On the 1st floor, you will find 5 bedrooms, each equipped with a washbasin. These include:
- 3 rooms with a comfortable double bed
- 1 room with two single beds
- 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed.

Additionally, there are 2 shared showers and 2 toilets available for the 5 bedrooms on this floor.

On the ground floor, there is a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room features a large bay window offering stunning views of Mont Blanc, and there is a cozy lounge area as well.

Enjoy uninterrupted Wi-Fi access throughout the entire house.

Directions

Take the A40 highway and exit at 21 Passy. Once you exit, head towards the chief town of Passy. If you're coming from the capital city, follow the D13 road in the direction of Sallanches. Look out for the path of Regards, which will be located on your left approximately 800 meters away.
