"La Ferme" is a charming 35m2 apartment that offers a comfortable stay for both holidaymakers and business travelers. The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a new double bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The spacious living room, measuring 20m2, includes a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave oven, rotating heat function, kettle, toaster, small electric hob, and kitchen utensils. Additionally, the living room provides a desk and a TV. There is also the option to add one or two single beds in the living room.Conveniently, guests can park their cars within the property grounds. La Ferme de Balizy is a tranquil and relaxing place, perfect for unwinding during your stay. The kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. It includes a fridge, hob, microwave convection oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and kitchen equipment.
The location of the apartment offers easy access to major highways such as the A6 and A10, making it convenient for travelers. It is situated between exits 5 and 6 of the A6, with Paris only 17km away and Versailles 22km away. The TGV station in Massy Palaiseau is just 7km from the apartment.
For those who wish to explore Paris, it is only a 20-minute drive or a 15-20 minute train ride on average. The nearest train station, Balizy Gravigny RER C, is located 800 meters from the apartment. However, the most convenient train station for reaching the center of Paris is Epinay sur Orge, which takes approximately fifteen minutes.

Séjour de cinq jours à la ferme de Balizy
Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible, excellent accueil. Les chambres, le jardin et la cour fermée ont beaucoup de charme et sont bien pratiques. Super pour nos enfants, nos petits enfants et nous!
