With a fully equipped kitchen, two sun terraces, and a spacious living room, Villa Peyrolas provides all the comforts of home. The outdoor area features a Provencal-style barbecue conveniently located next to the secure and heated 5mX11m pool. Families traveling with young children will appreciate the villa's provision of two cots and high chairs. The pool remains heated from mid-April through late October, ensuring year-round enjoyment. Additionally, both the villa and pool area are equipped with a reliable wifi network for guests' convenience.

Welcome to our spacious Villa, available for bookings all year round. With a generous area of 170 sqm, this single-level property offers two large shaded terraces for your enjoyment. At the pool level, you'll find a traditional Provencal style barbecue, perfect for relaxing with a drink or having a delightful dinner before or after a game of bowling.

Prepare to be captivated by the breathtaking views of the Rhone Valley, the scenic vineyards, the majestic Mont Ventoux, and the stunning Alpilles. Our private pool, measuring 11m x 5m, is both heated and secure, ensuring a comfortable and safe swimming experience. The pool area is secluded, providing complete privacy. The villa is set on a plot of 1200 sqm, adorned with beautiful flowering trees, olive trees, lavender, and aromatic plants. Additionally, there is ample space for ball games, allowing for endless fun and entertainment.

Inside the villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, pots, pans, toaster, traditional coffee maker, and Senseo machine, ensuring you have everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay. The dining and relaxing area features a cozy fireplace, a TV, and a Blu-Ray/DVD player.

For your accommodation needs, there are two bedrooms with comfortable double beds (160X200), two bedrooms with two single beds (90X200), and one room equipped with three single beds (90X200). This room also includes a TV, a DVD player, and a Playstation 2, with 16 sets available for entertainment. We provide two cots with foam mattresses, ensuring a restful sleep for our youngest guests.

The villa boasts two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, and another with a shower and WC. Additionally, there is a separate WC for added convenience. A laundry room is available, equipped with a washing machine, freezer, and refrigerator.

The spacious living/dining room includes a TV, a Blu-Ray/DVD player, a fireplace, and comfortable sofas and armchairs, providing the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment.

Outside, you'll find a traditional Provençal BBQ, allowing you to savor delicious grilled meals. We also provide a petanque area, complete with boules for your enjoyment. Two garages are available, with one accessible to tenants. Storage space is abundant throughout the house, ensuring a clutter-free and organized stay.

Directions

To reach Villa Peyrolas, follow these travel directions:
1. Leave the motorway at BOLLENE.
2. Drive on the D 994 in the direction of PONT ST ESPRIT.
3. Continue on the N 86 until you reach BARJAC.
4. Take a left turn onto the D 901, heading towards BARJAC / ST JULIEN PEYROLAS.
5. Keep to the left and proceed uphill towards the village and the cross.
6. After passing the village, take the second road on the left, which will lead you to Villa Peyrolas.
