Pricing for Beach Homes:
Our rates are designed for families of 3 or more. Each year, families with at least one child, honeymooners, and travelers exploring the globe can take advantage of discounted rates during the off-season. We offer cots with bedding and high tables for meals, as well as bikes with child seats.

For 1 to 2 individuals:
During the low season (January, February, March, November, and December 15th), our best rate, including VAT, is 10,800 XPF (90.5 €) per night for 1 to 2 people (equivalent to 5,400 XPF or 53.63 € per person, with one person paying the fixed price of 10,800 XPF).
During the high season (April to October), the VAT rate is 12,800 XPF (107.26 €) per night for 1 to 2 people (equivalent to 6,400 XPF or 50.28 € per person, with one person paying the fixed price of 12,800 XPF).
Stays of 1 to 2 days throughout the year are charged at the full rate of 12,800 XPF (107.26 €) per night for 1 to 2 people (equivalent to 6,400 XPF or 50.28 € per person, with one person paying the package price of 12,800 XPF).

For 3 to 4 people and more:

Intended for families planning medium to long stays, our accommodations offer the following:

- Spacious, fully equipped houses with kitchen and private amenities (Please refer to detailed notes at the bottom of the page).
- Access to various leisure facilities and benefits included in your stay (Please refer to detailed notes).
- Close proximity to a new catering service (50 meters) and a small snack (150 meters).
- We offer a fridge stocking service.
- Enjoy both sea and land activities with the assistance of a knowledgeable Polynesian guide who can introduce you to the island and the chance to see manta rays (April to August). Activity rates start at 3,000 XPF (25.14 €) per person for a minimum of 4 hours on Wednesdays.
- The dive center will provide complimentary transportation to and from the residence.
- We now have a specially designed 4X4 vehicle for land excursions upon request.
- Explore the island with a guided tour led by Albert, a local storyteller who will share fascinating legends. There are ten sites to visit.

For a relaxing holiday, take advantage of our convenient meal delivery service. Enjoy your meals on the terrace of your beachfront house while taking in the breathtaking view of the beach and lagoon as the sun sets. We also offer a flexible boarding service tailored to your needs, so you are not bound by a fixed meal plan. This flexible approach allows you to manage your budget and enjoy a hassle-free holiday.

As part of our partnership with a nearby popular catering service known for its hospitality, ambiance, and quality, meals and breakfast can be delivered directly to your beachfront terrace free of charge.

Your bungalow comes equipped with a full kitchen, an outdoor dining terrace, and a shaded barbecue area. We offer a fridge stocking service before your arrival based on your provided list. The cost of groceries will be charged at the store's rate, and a service fee of 800 XPF (or 6.7 €) will apply.

The residence is conveniently located near a beach snack bar called "Mimi" (open until 3 PM daily) and a village with a small bakery and restaurant (budget range of 1,200 to 1,800 XPF or 10 to 15 € per person). Delivery options are available for an additional fee of 800 XPF (or 6.7 €). There is also a pizzeria nearby that offers slices for 200 XPF (or 1.68 €) (approximately 3.5 to 4 km away or 2 km via a more adventurous scenic route).

Through our partnerships with other guesthouses and restaurants, we can recommend other beautiful locations for lunch or dinner, especially on the neighboring islets. Availability and reservations must be made 48 to 72 hours in advance.

A limited menu service is available on weekends for Saturday and Sunday nights. Details are provided separately.

There is a new convenience store called "KOKI" (run by Mark and Melissa) open daily from 7 am to 8 pm, including Sundays. We are happy to stop there during your transfer if needed.

The island's location allows for great freedom of movement, and nearby attractions can be reached on foot.

Throughout your stay, Lai, the manager, is available to provide information, recommendations, and assistance with any services or daily issues that may arise.

- Other activities include crab hunting, fishing nets, bird feeding, and snorkeling (150 meters to the right of the residence)
- We provide maps for guided walks (including interesting sites on the island), access to the neighboring islet in front of the residence, and a safe swimming area on our beach for children
- Please note that hiking in the mountains is available without a guide, but it is recommended to start from the village
- Kite surfing is also possible at a spot located 100 meters to the left of the residence

To travel from Papeete, Tahiti to the island of Maupiti, you will arrive on an island. Starting from 1 October 2010, the cost of transfer from Village Dock Residence to Maupiti and vice versa is 1000 CFP francs or 8.38 € per person. Children aged 2 to 12 years old will be charged half price, while babies travel for free. This fee will be paid upon departure. If you arrive at the airport, you will be on a motu (islet). Take the shuttle boat to the village settlement, which costs 500 XPF (€ 4.19) per adult and 300 XPF (€ 2.51) per child. Upon arrival at Maupiti Residence, Lai, the manager, will greet you in the traditional Polynesian way with a flower wreath.
