For almost three decades, we have been delighted to welcome guests to our charming abode situated just outside Angers. Our house, classified as a "3-ear" Gite de France, is nestled in a serene and verdant oasis.The accommodation features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a spacious 180 bed that can be transformed into twin beds measuring 90 each, and another with a cozy 140 bed. The bathroom and WC are conveniently located nearby.
Guests are invited to unwind in the inviting lounge area, complete with a cozy fireplace. From there, they can access the terrace that overlooks our beautifully landscaped garden adorned with vibrant flowers.
The rate for a double room is 65 euros, while solo travelers can enjoy a single room for 55 euros.

Directions
To reach the destination, head northwest of Angers on the Paris-Nantes road (Route 11) and take either exit 16 or 17 (these exits are located at the entrance or exit of the tunnel). If you are coming from Rennes and Laval, proceed north towards Avrillé.
