Additionally, there is an option for a "brunch" with Polish specialties. Yolande, who is of Polish descent, is skilled in preparing traditional Polish cuisine and is fluent in Polish.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, including hiking, skiing in season, and visiting historic sites such as the South Peak, Gavarnie, Lake Bethmal in Ariege, the baths of Salies du Salat, the Cathedral of St. Lizier with its Romanesque cloister, Cauterets, Lourdes, Luchon, and more.
