We offer a total of 13 charmingly decorated rooms, each equipped with its own private bathroom. These rooms can accommodate either two guests in a double bed, two separate beds as twins, or even three guests in a triple setup. The rooms are spread across two floors, with an additional two rooms located in a separate annex building.In addition to the existing rooms, we have recently added seven brand new bedrooms. Among these, five rooms come with their own en-suite bathrooms, while one is a family room featuring two double beds and a shared bathroom. These new rooms are situated in an adjacent building.
All of our rooms, both the original and new additions, can be arranged as either doubles or twins based on your preference.

Directions
Upon reaching Le Mans, proceed onto Avenue Du Parc Des Expositions.
At the roundabout, take the third exit and continue on N23R.
Follow the signs for Arnage and La Flèche (D323).
You will pass through the town of Guécélard, continue straight towards La Flèche and Cérans-Foulletourte.
After crossing Cérans-Foulletourte, exit the village and take the second road on the left (approximately 300 meters from the exit). Look for a sign indicating the domaine Bel Air.
Drive for about 200 meters and then turn right - you have reached your destination!
