Mouans Sartoux is a beautiful town situated on the French Riviera, conveniently located between Cannes and Grasse, known as the capital of perfumes. It is only a 20-minute drive from Nice airport and a short 15-minute walk to the town center, train station, and bus terminal. The area also offers golf facilities within 1 km and stunning panoramic views.Our self-contained ground floor flat, recently renovated and located within a villa, is perfect for up to 4 guests (with the option of a baby cot upon request). The flat features a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern shower room. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
There is parking available on the premises and access to a pool, subject to certain conditions. We also offer babysitting services upon request. Please note that we do not allow animals and smoking is strictly prohibited.
Our friendly staff can communicate in English, German, French, and Polish. The flat is available for weekly rentals, with rates as follows:
- 600 euros per week in July and August
- 500 euros per week in June and September
- 450 euros per week in other months
A deposit of 300 euros is required.

If you enjoy golfing, you'll be pleased to know that there are facilities just 1 km away, while the picturesque beaches are a mere 15 km from the property, offering breathtaking panoramic views.Our self-contained ground floor flat has recently undergone renovations, providing a fresh and inviting atmosphere. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with the option of a baby cot upon request. The flat features a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern shower room. To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide bed linen and towels.
Parking is available for your convenience, and there is a pool on the premises, subject to specific conditions. If you require babysitting services during your stay, we are happy to arrange that for you. Please note that we have a strict no-animal and no-smoking policy.
Our multilingual staff can assist you in English, German, French, and Polish, ensuring effective communication throughout your stay. Rental is available on a weekly basis, with prices varying based on the month of your visit. In July and August, the rate is 600 euros per week, while in June and September, it is 500 euros per week. For other months, the rate is 450 euros per week. A deposit of 300 euros is required for reservation.

Directions
To reach the destination, take the A8 (Aix, Nice) and leave at exit 42 for Cannes centre, Mouans Sartoux, and Grasse. Once on the expressway, take the fourth exit leading to Mouans Sartoux. At the roundabout, make a left turn and continue following the signs for 'Centre Ville' and 'Gare' (train station). Then, proceed towards Valbonne/Plascassier along the road. The house is conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the center of Mouans Sartoux.
