Restored in 2009, our gite seamlessly combines modern amenities with the original ancient charm of the house.

The house can accommodate up to four people and provides a peaceful escape from the bustling street noise, as its windows open onto a serene interior courtyard. The beds are designed for utmost comfort, including a double bed (160 cm wide) in the upstairs bedroom and two foldouts in the living room suitable for adults or children.

To ensure your culinary independence, we have provided all the necessary kitchen amenities such as dishes, cutlery, a hotplate, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. However, if you prefer dining out, you'll find a variety of restaurants in the vicinity of rue Trivalle.

For a leisurely breakfast, we supply coffee, tea, milk, chocolate, cereal, biscottes, sliced bread, jams, and fruit juices. Our aim is to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, making you feel at home while you explore the ancient walled city of Carcassonne.

The beds are exceptionally comfortable, with a 160 cm wide double bed in the upstairs bedroom and two foldout beds in the living room, suitable for both adults and children.

For those who enjoy culinary independence, our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including dishes, cutlery, a hotplate, an oven, a refrigerator, and a coffeemaker. However, if you prefer dining out, the rue Trivalle offers a wide selection of restaurants.

Directions

The Chat Botté house is located at 94 rue Trivalle in Carcassonne.

You will be right at the base of the Cité Médiévale ramparts and just a ten-minute stroll from downtown Carcassonne.
It takes approximately fifteen minutes to reach the Chat Botté house by taxi from the airport.
If you are arriving by train, it is a ten-minute walk from the train station.
For those driving, our house is only five minutes away from the highway exit.
