Description:

Description for Gite

Located in the southern region of the enchanting Loire Valley, just a mere two-hour drive from Paris, this charming 18th century cottage has been meticulously restored and transformed into three cozy holiday homes that can accommodate anywhere from 6 to 30 guests.

Pamoja Liptrap offers contemporary and luminous spaces that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. For a more traditional and charming experience, Pamoja Touraine is the perfect choice for groups of 2 to 6 individuals. Lastly, our brand new addition, Pamoja Cooma, provides ample space for a group of 8 to 14 people.

The location is truly idyllic, boasting a tranquil waterfront setting overlooking the picturesque Lake of Chemillé sur Indrois and the medieval church of Saint Vincent. Furthermore, the property is conveniently situated near the renowned chateaux of the Loire Valley and numerous vineyards. In addition, it is a short distance from various attractions such as Paris (2 hours), the Futuroscope of Poitiers (1.5 hours), Disneyland Paris, the sea, and ski slopes (3 hours).

The holiday homes themselves offer generous spaces and have been meticulously designed by architects and a designer. Pamoja Liptrap is also wheelchair accessible, ensuring that all guests can enjoy their stay. Additionally, guests can take a lovely 300-meter stroll along the lake to access the beach, playground, boat rental, restaurant, mini-golf, and fishing opportunities. For larger gatherings or events, there is a convenient "get together" room available for meals or seminars.

Each holiday home is beautifully furnished and well-equipped, with modern amenities and practical features. Baby gear, games, toys, and books are also provided for families traveling with young children. Other amenities include a baby-grand piano, Wi-Fi internet connection, BBQ facilities, outdoor furniture, tennis rackets, fishing rods, a pétanque game, a canoe, and two bicycles available for rental. Additionally, we offer a range of services such as organizing meals, cooking lessons, wine tasting, babysitting, and guided tours to enhance your holiday experience.

Our vision for this property was to create an ideal holiday retreat that not only offers a stunning setting and comfortable accommodations but also embodies a strong commitment to sustainability and inclusivity. With wheelchair accessibility, rainwater collection, the use of local raw materials, and energy-efficient appliances and lighting, we strive to minimize our impact on the environment. Our team of architects, designer, and craftsmen poured their expertise into breathing new life into this beautiful place, where peace, comfort, design, and respect for others and nature harmoniously coexist.

This vision led to the birth of "Pamoja," a word derived from Africa that encapsulates the concept of togetherness. "Pamoja" is not only our dream but also your dream holiday home, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and create lasting memories with your loved ones.
