The living space is air-conditioned and includes two twin beds (1.2m x 2m), along with a well-equipped kitchenette (stove, microwave, refrigerator, and necessary kitchen utensils). The bathroom includes a shower, and there is a separate toilet. Additionally, the accommodation provides internet access, a DVD player, and a barbecue for guests' convenience.

There are numerous activities available nearby, such as canoeing, catamaran sailing, kytesurfing, parasailing, hiking trails, and tennis.
