Situated as an annex to the owner's house, the cottage boasts a range of amenities. On the ground floor, you will find a bright and spacious entrance hall, an authentic kitchen equipped with modern appliances, and a dining area. The large living-dining room exudes a rustic and modern charm, creating a flea market atmosphere.

The ground floor also houses two comfortable bedrooms. The Plantagenet room, decorated in shades of gray and mauve, offers a serene ambiance and overlooks the garden. The Bocage room, with its rough stone walls and tiled floor, provides a cozy and mineral-inspired atmosphere. Both bedrooms come with their own Italian shower, basin, and separate toilet.

For larger groups or families, the 24 Hours Room awaits on the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase. This spacious attic room features two twin beds that can be combined into a king-size bed, as well as an additional single bed. It also includes a bathroom with a bath, basin, and walk-in shower, along with an Italian toilet.

Linen and WIFI are provided for your convenience, and each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, fan, and hairdryer. In good weather, you can enjoy a private enclosed garden and a furnished terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. Feel free to explore the park on leisurely walks, accompanied by the owners' friendly Golden Retriever, who is great with children.

The property also offers a magnificent 10m x 5m swimming pool, complete with a solarium terrace, deckchairs, and a pergola. Shared with the owners, the pool is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (alcohol consumption is prohibited in this area). Free and secure parking, with a gate featuring a digital code, is available, and there is also a covered shelter for one car.

Le Clos Monthébert is ideally located near various attractions for a memorable holiday.
