Located on the beautiful Coast of Pink Granite near PERROS-GUIREC in BRITTANY, our B&B rooms offer the perfect accommodation for your stay. Situated on my grandmother's farm with easy access to Lannion, our rooms are ideal for exploring the Paimpol area and the stunning Roscoff on the Granite Coast Pink. This unspoiled site is protected and offers exceptional beauty with its unique landscapes.

Marie, your host, offers a cozy room in the main house of the farm, perfect for 1 to 2 guests. Alternatively, you can choose our fully renovated annex with a kitchen, suitable for 1 to 5 guests. Both options showcase the charm and character of the old stone in an authentic restored farm.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast, served from 8:00 to 9:30. You can enjoy a hot drink of your choice, such as tea, coffee, or hot chocolate, along with toast, salted butter, homemade jams, Breton fruit juice, yogurts, and homemade cakes or pancakes. Marie will also provide information about the Coast of Pink Granite and its surroundings, helping you plan your exploration of this beautiful area. She can recommend the best restaurants and pancake shops for you to try.

Additional amenities include a large private car park, washing machine, barbecue, spacious garden, and children's playground. We are also happy to accommodate pets upon request and provide complete baby equipment.

Our prices range from 45 to 55 sea-green €/season/2 breakfasts included. We accept payment by accounts and holiday checks.

We have availability for nightly, weekend, mid-week, and extended stays, and we are open all year round.

Experience the charm of my Grandmother's Farm in Lannion. Our ideal location allows for easy exploration of the stunning Paimpol area, including Roscoff and the breathtaking Granite Coast Pink. This unspoiled and protected site is known for its exceptional beauty and unique landscapes, making it the perfect destination for nature lovers.

Our accommodations, situated in an old stone longère, offer comfortable and inviting spaces for your stay. Enjoy your own private entry and terrace, complete with a barbecue and a cozy living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a multifunction oven, microwave, spacious refrigerator and freezer, hotplate, dishwasher, and various kitchen utensils and appliances. With two toilets and a bathtub in the bathroom, convenience is guaranteed. The charming living room features exposed stone walls, a fireplace, a comfortable three-seater sofa, and two armchairs. Rest peacefully in the first bedroom, furnished with three single beds, an office space, and a wall cupboard. The second bedroom boasts a double bed, a baby crib, and ample storage space. A television can be provided upon request.

Located just an hour away from both Brest and Saint-Brieuc, and a mere five-hour journey from Paris, your holiday on the Granite Coast Pink promises convenience and accessibility. With the beach only nine kilometers away and the town center just two kilometers away, you'll never be far from the action. Explore nearby gems such as Lannion, Trébeurden, Trégastel, Paimpol, and Ploumanach, as well as the picturesque Perros-Guirec.
