This charming stone house from the 18th century offers a delightful view and can accommodate 10-13 people. With 140 m² of space, it boasts a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed, and four bedrooms. The bedrooms consist of two beds measuring 160 cm, six beds measuring 90 cm, and one cot. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a hydromassage feature, and two toilets. The property includes an enclosed land measuring 800 m², a 50 m² terrace (half of which is a pool), and a garage.

The house has been authentically renovated, preserving its stone walls, bread oven, and French-style wooden ceilings, floors, and exposed timbers. The decoration is refined and the accommodation provides a warm and inviting atmosphere. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the cottage and pets are not permitted.

This cottage is perfect for relaxation and enjoyment, whether it be during the summer or winter months. It is approved by Tourism & Handicap for motor, auditory, and mental accessibility. Directions to Chalmazel, Dimini in the Rhone-Alpes region of France:

- Departure from Clermont-Ferrand:
- Take the A72 motorway and exit at Noirétable-The Halls.
- Continue on the county road until Noirétable D1089.
- Follow the direction of St-Jean-la-Vetri, Jeansagnière, then take D101 towards Chalmazel.
- Turn right 2 km before reaching the village of Chalmazel.
- Take the paved road on the left (Dimini) and continue until you reach the center of the village.
- Then, take the cemented path on the left to reach your destination.

- From Lyon:
- Take the A7 towards St-Etienne, then continue on A72 and exit at Feurs.
- Follow departmental D1089 (towards Feurs) until you reach Boen-sur-Lignon.
- After 2 km, turn left onto the departmental road towards Chalmazel (D6).
- After passing the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, continue for approximately 6 miles (2 km before reaching the village of Chalmazel).
- Take the paved road on the right (Dimini) and proceed to the center of the village.
- Then, take the cemented road on the right to reach your destination.

- Through Roanne:
- Take the D8 towards St-Germain-Laval until you reach Boen-sur-Lignon.
- After 2 km, turn left onto the departmental road towards Chalmazel (D6).
- After passing the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, continue for approximately 6 miles (2 km before reaching the village of Chalmazel).
- Take the paved road on the right (Dimini) and proceed to the center of the hamlet.
- Then, follow the cemented path to reach your destination.
