Experience the beauty of Montlouis sur Loire and the Castle Road by renting our charming small house nestled at the foot of the scenic vineyard hills.

The house features a spacious 30 m² living room and a convenient toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find a cozy master bedroom measuring 11 m², a duplex bedroom with a double bed and two single beds on the mezzanine, and a bathroom with a toilet.

The main room boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a comfortable sitting area with a sofa and a TV. Enjoy dining al fresco on the lovely terrace, complete with garden furniture.

Upon request, we can provide a cot and a high chair for your convenience.

Our location is ideal, as we are only 15 km away from Chenonceau, Amboise, and Tours. Nature enthusiasts will delight in the easy access to the Loire River for biking, just 100 m from the house. A cooperative cellar and a gourmet restaurant are only 150 m away, while shops, restaurants, and supermarkets can be found just 5 km from the property. Mini-Chateaux and the Touraine Aquarium are a quick 10-minute drive away, and both Beauval Zoo and Futuroscope can be reached within 1 hour.

Getting to our house is a breeze, as we are easily accessible from the A10 motorway and the TGV station located just 9 km away.

Optional services include bed linen rental for 10 for the beds and 6 for single beds (please specify when booking), towel rental for 5 per person (includes 1 bath towel, 1 towel, and 1 washcloth), and an end-of-stay cleaning package for 40 .

We also offer the possibility of weekend rentals for 100 for 2 days or 150 for 3 days.

Payment terms include a 30% deposit upon booking, with the balance due upon arrival. A tax surcharge of 0.50 per day per person will also apply. Please note that pets are not allowed.

Directions

To reach your destination, you can take either the A10 highway or the train. If you choose the A10, take the exit for A10 or A85, and the train station is just a 10-minute drive away.
