A larger shopping area is also located just 2km away. Additionally, there is a restaurant with a pool situated right at the foot of the residence.
The apartment itself features an entrance, a dining area, a toilet, a living room with an open kitchen that overlooks the terrace, and a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Amenities provided include hot plates, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and all necessary crockery.
