We offer a fully independent guest room on the ground floor, complete with its own space and private parking. The room can accommodate 2 to 3 people and pets are welcome, subject to certain conditions. It features a comfortable 160X200 bed and an additional loft bed measuring 90X190. Located on a quiet dead-end street, you can enjoy a peaceful stay. Amenities include a TV and WIFI for your convenience. Our warm and friendly staff will ensure you feel welcome throughout your stay. Please note that breakfast is not included. The guest room is situated just 2 km away from a charming oyster village and an authentic seaside experience. For shopping, you can visit the nearby Ile Lady, which is only 3 km away. Additionally, the area offers attractions such as the Rochefort sector, marshes, and the LPO reserve, as well as island tours of Aix, Oléron, and Ré. In the room, you will find a fridge and microwave at your disposal. The rate for 2 persons is 45 euros per night, without breakfast. We offer a discount for stays of 4 nights or more during the off-season. We also accept holiday vouchers. Our guest room is open all year round, and there is a possibility of renting a weekly lodging at the same location. Please kindly inquire about availability.
