There are three cottages located in the outbuildings of an 18th-century property. Each cottage offers a comfortable sitting area, a bathroom with a WC, and a staircase leading to a steep area with two beds that can accommodate up to 90 people. Additionally, one of the rooms has a sofa bed suitable for a family of two adults and two children.

These cottages are open year-round and offer the option of a host table with advance reservation. The location is conveniently close to Andrézieux Bouthéon airport, the motorway network, the train station (900m), and bus stops.

There are various activities available in the vicinity, including the St Chamond Wave Pool, tennis, Squatch, mountain biking, and road biking in the picturesque Pilat region (Cervical Euillon, Jasserie).
