In the heart of Lot et Garonne, overlooking the Lot valley from the plateaus of Serres Country, Florence and Jean-Marc warmly welcome you to their "Villa Saint Antoine" all year round. Situated in the tranquil residence of Saint Antoine de Ficalba, halfway between Villeneuve sur Lot (10 kms) and Agen (20 kms), this family room called "White Fig" is perfect for two couples or a family. It offers two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 bed, TV, WIFI, and a shared bathroom with toilet. You will have access to your own private covered terrace with garden furniture, and the owners' pool is available for your enjoyment from May to September. The pool is closed and secured by gates, and the enclosed garden spans 2100 m². Start your day with a delicious breakfast served on the covered terrace overlooking the pool and valley, or in the spacious living room of our house. We use local, seasonal produce for our breakfasts. If you are a golf enthusiast, we can help you book your green fee and even provide a trolley bag, as Jean-Marc is a golfer himself. You can also take a leisurely walk or bike ride (two bikes available) on the nearby footpaths GR 652. The charming village of Pujols, known as one of the most beautiful villages in France, and the historic walled town of Villeneuve sur Lot (10 kms), as well as Agen (19 kms), are close by. Step outside onto your private terrace, adorned with garden furniture, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The property boasts a community pool, exclusively accessible to the owners, complete with comfortable chairs and tables. For the little ones, there are exciting amenities such as swings and slides available within the spacious 2100m² plot. Villa Saint Antoine
Nous sommes venus en famille dans cette très jolie villa et nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour. La maison est très charmante, l'accueil est formidable et chaleureux, le petit-déjeuner est juste excellent, les chambres sont spacieuses et au calme, la décoration est très soignée et réalisée avec beaucoup de goût. Bref, cet endroit est idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances et d'excellents moments avec des hôtes très accueillants. Encore merci Florence et Jean-Marc pour cet inoubliable séjour... Au plaisir de vous rendre visite à nouveau.

Un accueil formidable, des chambres exceptionnelles et un petit déjeuner gargantuesque et excellent...bref, que du bonheur !!! Florence et Jean-Marc, ne changez rien, c'est parfait. Villa Saint Antoine
Nous avons eu la chance d'être avec mon mari les premiers hôtes de cette Villa. Accueil chaleureux, repos absolu au calme et petit déjeuner dantesque. La région est superbe d'autant plus que nous avions le soleil. Seul petit regret, pas possible d'utiliser la magnifique piscine en ces vacances de Pâques. Nous vous recommandons cette adresse sans aucune restriction.
Directions
From Agen, follow the directions towards Villeneuve sur Lot. At the roundabout, turn right onto "Saint Antoine de Ficalba" road. Take the next right at the school and continue following the signs for "Résidence Saint Antoine." Proceed straight and take the first left onto retarder road (entering the residence). Then, take the first left onto rue Sabine Sicaud, where you will find the villa at No. 3.
From Villeneuve sur Lot, head towards Agen. Upon reaching the end of the 4-lane road, at the roundabout, take the last exit on the left. At the stop sign, turn right and enter Saint Antoine de Ficalba. At the school level, turn left and continue following the signs for "Résidence Saint Antoine." Proceed over the hump and take the road on the right to enter the residence. Finally, take the first left onto rue Sabine Sicaud, where you will find the villa at No. 3.
