"Welcome to the beautiful Gîte "Le Clos de la Bodice", a spacious house that can accommodate up to 12 people, located in the heart of the enchanting Loire Valley châteaux.Inside the gîte, you will find a stylish living room measuring 65m², complete with a cozy fireplace and a round dining table that can seat 12 people comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen spans 15m², offering all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals. There are also 6 charmingly furnished bedrooms, ranging from 10 to 18m² in size. Additionally, the gîte includes 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and underfloor heating, ensuring a comfortable and spacious environment for your holiday with family or friends. Please note that weekend stays are available from September to March.
Outside, you can enjoy the expansive 5000m² of lush grounds, which feature a refreshing 50m² swimming pool, a delightful 24m² arbor with a barbecue, and convenient parking facilities.
Our rates include bed linen, towels, heating, firewood, and electricity. The only additional mandatory charge is a cleaning fee of €95.
