Situated in the municipality of Saint-François, along the route to Pointe des Châteaux, a classified and protected site known for its exceptional landscapes. Villa Casa Blanca is located within the Karukéra resort complex, which is home to a craft village and the House of Coco.

Accessible via a private footpath, guests have the privilege of reaching one of Guadeloupe's most beautiful beaches, Anse à la Gourde. The villa is also in close proximity to Salines beach Tarare (naturist) and numerous secluded coves within the lagoon.

The resort of St. Francis offers a wide range of amenities, including a casino, an 18-hole international golf course, a marina, a port, an airfield, and various restaurants and shops.

Situated on a 525 m2 plot of land, the villa features a spacious living room, a kitchen with 2 bar counters overlooking the pool, and two air-conditioned bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds + cot) each with their own ensuite bathroom. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, a washing machine, traditional and microwave ovens, a TV, a DVD player, and a 3G WiFi internet connection. Linen is provided, and the villa is equipped with a safe and electric shutters.
