Each of our well-appointed rooms features a private bathroom and toilet. Our cozy common room is complete with a fireplace, television, DVD player, and stereo system. Outside, you can relax on our terrace equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. Ample parking is available, and we gladly welcome dogs. Explore the nearby fortified medieval villages and indulge in the beauty of our surroundings.

Charming 40m2 house spread over 2 levels, located in the fortified medieval village of Berre Alps. This peaceful retreat offers breathtaking mountain views and is situated at an elevation of 700m above sea level, just 20km away from Nice, between Cannes and Menton. It is conveniently close to the Parc du Mercantour, perfect for nature enthusiasts. The accommodation includes a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a shower room on the first level. On the second level, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed, a fireside room with a TV, DVD player, and HiFi system. The house also features a charming vaulted cave balcony, providing an independent space of 25m2. The price ranges from 250 to 390 euros per week, and linen is provided at no extra cost. Dogs are welcome to stay as well.

Directions

To get to the destination, follow these travel directions:

- After exiting at A8, proceed to No. 55 NICE and continue until you reach the second traffic light.
- At the second traffic light, make a left turn and get onto the highway towards TALES / SOSPEL. Keep driving on this highway until the end, which is approximately 9 km.
- At the last roundabout, turn right and follow the signs for The ESCARENE / BERRE THE ALPS. Take Highway 2204 and drive for 6.5 km towards ESCARENE until you reach "LOC NICE".
- At "COL NICE", make a left turn onto R & D Management 215. Continue for 3 km towards Berre Les Alpes until you reach "path Meingarde".
- Take a right onto "Way of Meingarde" (dead end) and follow the signs. Keep going until you reach the end of the road at a square.
- At the square, make a left turn and proceed until you see the first house on the right with a black wrought iron gate.
