Located on a spacious property, the Moulin de Saint-Germain offers a charming getaway nestled alongside a picturesque trout stream and the enchanting forest. The Miller's Cottage, a detached house with an adjoining barn, is situated in the former miller's residence, directly opposite the landlord's mill. Spanning across two floors, the ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen that seamlessly flows into the living area. Ascend to the first floor to find a bedroom furnished with two comfortable beds measuring 120cm, along with a generously-sized bathroom complete with a toilet. The second floor presents another bedroom furnished with a 140cm bed, a 120cm bed, and a 90cm bed. The cottage is equipped with both electric heating and wood heating, with wood available at a rate of 35 euros per cubic meter. The cottage boasts a spacious open garden that extends to the riverbanks (please note that it is not protected). Parking facilities are also available. Additionally, we offer a smaller cottage measuring 35m2, perfect for 2 to 3 guests. This cozy retreat is located in the adjoining barn on the first floor and comprises a large room with a plush 160cm bed. On the ground floor, you will find an open kitchen area integrated into a small room (equipped with a TV), a single bed measuring 90cm, and a bathroom with a toilet. Opposite the cottages, there is a separate guest house featuring a bathroom, toilet, and a tastefully furnished living room within the historic Mill Bread Oven.Reviews
