Description for B&B:

Welcome to the Bretons Nantais House! Our house is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the city center of Nantes and a short 5-minute walk from Pont Rousseau station (tram and b). Situated near a bustling shopping street, our area offers a peaceful retreat. You'll be delighted to find that our small house, tucked away on this confined space, is practically invisible from the street.

As you enter through the blue gate, you'll step into our 28 m² house, built in 2013 and compliant with bbc standards. Our common garden, currently being developed, features aromatic and medicinal plants. The front door opens into a bright living room that faces south. On the right, you'll find a discreet, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, combi microwave oven, ceramic hob, and fridge with a freezer compartment. The living area boasts a comfortable 2-seater sofa, coffee table, and for your convenience, a flat-screen TV with an orange box, telephone, wifi connection, and stereo.

An office space separates the living room from the toilet and a separate bathroom, complete with an Italian-style shower. Near the front door, a staircase leads to the mezzanine sleeping area, furnished with a 160x200 bed and a clock radio. Our cottage can comfortably accommodate 2 people, along with a baby. Should you require it, a cot is available upon request. Rest assured, the bed will be made upon your arrival and we provide towels and linens. To make your stay even more convenient, we offer basic amenities such as coffee, tea, condiments, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper.

Additionally, we provide a parking space located within 100 meters in a nearby residence. We are fluent in English and German, so communication will not be a problem. If you wish, we can provide a breakfast basket for an additional fee of 6 euros per person. The city center of Nantes is just a 10-minute tram ride away, and both the airport and Nantes station are a 15-minute journey.
