With its authentic Périgord character and a mild climate, our house guarantees a serene and rejuvenating experience for both families and friends alike. Set on a sprawling 6-hectare site, you can indulge in leisurely family strolls along the riverside or enjoy a spot of fishing. For those seeking a touch of romance, the artificial lake and monitored beach, as well as the captivating castle animations of Lanquais, are within easy reach. Safety is of paramount importance to us, which is why we offer a secure swimming pool (6x12) equipped with alarms and a fenced area specifically designed to safeguard children. Our 120 m2 detached stone house comprises three cozy bedrooms, a spacious lounge/dining area that comfortably accommodates six to eight people, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The stone walls and exposed beams exude rustic charm while effectively preserving the coolness during the summer months. Additionally, a terrace with a table for six to eight people provides the perfect spot for al fresco dining, and our organic garden boasts a variety of seasonal vegetables. Immerse yourself in the captivating history and charm of the surrounding villages, explore fortified houses, visit awe-inspiring castles, and marvel at the intricate caves and shelters. Treat your taste buds to the exquisite flavors of traditional Périgord cuisine, paired perfectly with local wines such as Bergerac, Rosette, Montravel, Saussignac, Pecharmant, and Monbazillac.
