The Margotière is a traditional Breton house that offers independence and comfort. With a spacious area of 70 m2 and a beautiful garden measuring 700 m2, it is situated in close proximity to the stunning Ria d'Etel.

Perfect for a group of 4 people, with an additional bed available for children, the house features a cozy lounge area with a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The ground floor also includes a separate bathroom and toilet, as well as storage space for your belongings. Upstairs, there are two charming bedrooms. One room is furnished with a 140 x 190 cm bed, while the other offers two beds measuring 90 x 190 cm each.

Whether you are staying for a night or a week, the Margotière ensures complete independence. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide breakfast essentials such as coffee, tea, orange juice, jam, and butter. Additionally, all linen is provided and the beds will be made prior to your arrival.

As for amenities, the house boasts a brand new kitchen, a washing machine, and a TV. The rest of your experience is entirely up to you, without any time constraints.
