Welcome to The Lodge of Huchier! This charming cottage, rated 3 "Gîtes de France" stars, is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cottage features a cozy living room with a fireplace and two beds, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove, a washing machine, a bathroom, a dressing room, and a bedroom with two beds, as well as an additional fold-out chair bed for emergencies.

In addition to these amenities, you will also have access to wireless internet, a closed living space with a table tennis table, garden furniture, a barbecue, a garage for cars and bicycles, and a garden with a pergola.

The rates for your stay are as follows:
- February Vacancy: 200 euros per week
- Spring Break: 240 euros per week
- Summer holidays from July to August: 290 euros per week
- Excluding holidays in December, January, and February: 200 euros per week
- Excluding holidays in May, June, and September: 240 euros per week

For weekend stays and mid-week stays (2 nights), the rate is 125 euros per night, with a possible variation of 30 euros.

We also offer additional optional services, including bed linen rental for 7 euros per person, towel rental for 5 euros per person, and end-of-stay cleaning for 30 euros.

We accept checks as payment. The cottage is located in Nuits-sur-Armançon, near the village of Ancy-le-Franc, which offers all necessary amenities. The area is rich in historical sites, such as the medieval village of Noyers/Serein, the historic site of Alesia, and the magnificent hill of Vezelay. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy fishing, hiking in the nearby forests, and cycling along the Burgundy Canal route. Wine lovers will appreciate the proximity to the vineyards of Auxerre, the cellars of Chablis, and Tonnerre.

The cottage's privileged location between the Burgundy Canal and the SNCF train route connecting Paris, Dijon, and Lyon makes it an ideal stopover and starting point for hikers and tourists. The village itself is home to the Nuits sub-Ravières train station (TER Bourgogne train + bike) and the Montbard TGV station, both located just 18 km away.
