This spacious lodging can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. On the ground floor, there is a large dining room and a cozy living room with a fireplace and television. The fully equipped kitchen includes two refrigerators, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric oven, a microwave, and hotplates. There is ample crockery for 20 people and a telephone in the kitchen. Additionally, there is a convenient WC with a corner wash-hand basin on this floor.

Upstairs, there are five bedrooms: two with a double bed (140 cm), one with two single beds (90 cm each), one with three single beds (90 cm each), and one with a double bed (140 cm) and two single beds (90 cm each). Each bedroom is equipped with a wash-hand basin. On this level, there are also two separate WCs and three showers for guests' convenience.

Directions

Buxeuil, a charming wine-making village on the coast of the Bar region in Champagne, is easily accessible by road. It is located 40 km south of Troyes, passing through Bar on the Seine. To get there, take the N22 highway towards Bar on the Seine. Once in Bar on the Seine, at the traffic lights, turn left and follow the RD671 towards Dijon. After 7 km, you will see the RD971 on your left, which will lead you to Buxeuil. The Grape-pickers basket can be found near the City hall on N20bis main street, and the welcome center is located on N18 main street.

If you prefer to travel by train, the terminus is in Troyes, where you can find connections to the bus that goes to Buxeuil on the Troyes-Châtillon on the Seine line.
