With the inclusion of central heating, our cottage remains open throughout the year, allowing you to enjoy its delights whenever you please.

Surrounded by expansive grounds, you'll find a delightful 10x5m swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation during your stay.

Situated in the peaceful rural hamlet of Baude, just 2km from Montreuil, 12km from Fontenay the Comte, and a short 45km drive to the stunning beaches of la Faute sur mer, this location offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Additionally, the popular city of La Rochelle is only 60km away.

Originally an ancient farm, this 130 m2 gîte has been lovingly renovated in 2002, preserving the authentic regional architecture while providing a comfortable and cozy country house. With fuel-fired central heating, you can enjoy the gîte's warmth and charm throughout the year. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway, a week-long retreat, or an extended stay, we offer flexible options to accommodate your needs.

On the ground floor, you'll find a convenient storeroom with a washing machine and dryer, a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, deep-freeze, dishwasher, and microwave, a cozy living room with a color TV, and a double bedroom with a separate shower and toilet.

Moving upstairs, you'll discover three twin bedrooms, a shower room with a toilet, and a bathroom with a toilet.
