Located on the ground floor of a detached home in Six-Fours, this room provides a view of the garden. It offers an independent entrance from the garden, ensuring a peaceful and family-friendly environment. Situated in a residential area, the villa is conveniently positioned 700 meters away from the city center and at the base of Fort de Six-Fours (and college).The property includes private parking, allowing for secure and convenient parking. Inside the room, guests will find a comfortable 140x190 bed as well as a flat-screen TV with a 107 cm display. Wi-Fi is available for guests' convenience. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and washbasin, and there is a pine chest of drawers for storing clothes. Additionally, sheets and towels are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.
Adjacent to the bed and breakfast room, there is another space that is not separated by a fourth wall. This area includes a sofa bed that can accommodate either two children or two adults. An extra bed is also available upon request.
The price per night ranges from 65 to 100 euros, depending on the season and number of nights, for a couple. An additional fee of 10 euros per child is applicable regardless of the period.
Smoking is allowed outside in the home garden.
Rooms are available for check-in starting at 15:00 and must be vacated by 10:30, unless special arrangements are made. A security deposit of 100 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure. For payment, prepayment by check is accepted, or cash can be provided upon arrival.
