Description:

Description for B&B:

Welcome to our countryside house, nestled in a tranquil setting with no neighbors and a stunning 180° view of the hills. We have two cottages available for rent - the Blue Suite on the ground floor, the Ochre House or the White Room on the first floor, as well as a unique retro-style room in a small Eriba caravan from the 80s located in the garden next to the house.

As the hosts, we live on the first floor and can be accessed through the south side of the house. Additionally, we offer table d'hôte with inclusive menus priced at 20 or 28 euros. Free WiFi is available, and we are open year-round.

Alessandro and Camilla, two lovers of Italian and French culture, invite you to relax at Glade. Our stone house, dating back to 1781, is situated in the hills of Cantal Auvergne Volcanoes and the Lot Valley, less than 2 km from the charming medieval town of Marcoles. If you are exploring the area, Marcoles is an ideal starting point for beautiful countryside walks and visits to exceptional sites such as Conques (35 km) and Figeac (45 km). However, Glade is also the perfect place for those seeking tranquility and peacefulness, where you can indulge in reading a book, enjoying a good night's sleep, or simply embracing the silence while admiring the panoramic views of the Cantal, Lot, and Corrèze hills.

We have two bed and breakfast options available - the Blue Suite on the ground floor, and the Ochre House or the White Room on the first floor. Additionally, we offer an unusual retro-style room in a small Eriba caravan from the 80s. All of our rooms open onto a serene landscaped terrace, offering privacy and a beautiful view of the 5000 square meter park. The Eriba caravan is located to the left of the house, surrounded by trees and flowers in our garden.

The Blue Suite on the ground floor can accommodate 2 to 5 people, as the living room can be transformed into a second separate bedroom. The Ochre House on the first floor can accommodate two people. The Blue Suite can also accommodate 2 to 5 people, as the living room can be converted into a second separate bedroom. The Ochre House and Eriba caravan can accommodate two people, while the White Room can accommodate 3/4 people. The White Room can also be added to one of the other rooms to increase capacity from 1 to 3 people.

For families with infants, we offer two free cots (cot linen is available for an additional cost of 10 euros per stay). During the low season, couples also have the option to rent the Blue Suite without the salon for 58 euros. In the high season, this option is available under certain conditions or for stays of 3 nights, with a price of 62 euros.

For those seeking a unique experience, we offer a retro-style stay in our Eriba caravan from the 80s. This charming little caravan comfortably accommodates two adults in a fixed bed with slats (140x190). It also features a seating area with two benches and a table, as well as a small toilet. To access hot water and shower facilities, guests can use a bathroom in our house, which can be reached directly and independently from the outside. More details and specific rates for the Eriba caravan can be found on our website. Please note that we do not accept pets.

Come and enjoy a peaceful and unforgettable stay at Glade.
