Come and stay at our spacious 200m² house, perfect for a getaway with your family or friends. This charming property has been beautifully restored, seamlessly blending old-world charm with contemporary style. With beds for up to 18 people spread across 2 bedrooms and a dorm, there is plenty of room for everyone.

During your stay, take advantage of the sauna chalet that is available exclusively for our guests. In the summertime, we also offer the option to rent a charming trailer located on the premises.

With 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs, convenience and comfort are ensured for all guests. Our large private swimming pool, measuring 5*10m, provides the ideal spot to cool off and relax.

Surrounded by 15 acres of wood and meadows, including a picturesque fishpond, our property offers a tranquil and serene setting. Feel free to bring along your camping materials and make use of the spacious grounds.

For those who enjoy outdoor games, we have a bowling area for petanque. We also welcome pets, so you can bring along your furry companions.

If you are planning a private event, our 62m² hall is available for your exclusive use. Additionally, our private parking area can accommodate up to 50 cars.

Located just 2 hours from Paris, our property is easily accessible. The 500m² courtyard with lush lawn provides a beautiful outdoor space to relax and unwind.

Rest assured, our property offers a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful escape. We also have a bathroom on the ground floor that is accessible for people with disabilities.

Directions

Directions from Paris:

To reach your destination, follow these steps:

1. Start by taking either the A6 or N118 road to the A10 motorway.
2. Continue on the A10 until you reach the A11 motorway.
3. At kilometer 228, take exit number 11 towards Durtal.
4. After exiting the toll, you will come across a roundabout. Take the right turn towards Durtal.
5. Keep going straight until you reach a T-junction. Make a right turn towards Baugé.
6. Follow the road, passing a castle on your right and crossing a bridge.
7. Approximately 200 meters after the bridge, you will see a hotel/restaurant called "La Boule d’or" on your left. Just after the hotel, turn left to continue towards Baugé.
8. Drive for about 1.5 kilometers and then make a left turn towards "les Rairies".
9. Stay on this road, passing through "les Rairies" and entering a small wood.
10. After a few kilometers, you will see a ranch named "ferme du Tertre" on your left. Continue past it.
11. After the ranch, take the second road on your right (approximately 500 meters after the ranch).
12. Follow this road for 500 meters and continue straight when it forms a right angle towards the left.
13. "The Petite Richardière" is the first house you will see on your left side.
