The kitchen is furnished with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, food processor, blender, balance of household, cookware, and dishes. Additionally, there is a buffet dining area with a low, round table and four chairs. The lounge area consists of two sofas, a coffee table, television with DVD player, and a library with a wide range of books and games.

- A laundry area complete with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.

- A separate section comprising three bedrooms, a toilet, and a bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a large wardrobe, bathtub, shower, large basin, heated towel rail, hair dryer, scales, and a laundry tub.

- The main bedroom features a 140 cm bed, a lingerie wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and bedside lamps. This room can also accommodate a crib if needed.

- Another bedroom with a double bed, spacious wardrobe, dresser, chair, and lamp.

- A third bedroom with a 90 cm bed, large wardrobe, bibus with five drawers, bedside lamp, and a chair.

- A charming south-facing balcony with a table and two chairs.

The apartment is available for weekly, biweekly, weekend, or monthly rentals depending on the season. The rates are as follows:

- Low season: 300 per week
- Mid season: 350 per week
- High season: 400 per week

Directions

When you reach the base of Montagne du Roule on Boulevard East, near the outskirts of Cherbourg, take a left turn right after the fire station. Look for Residence L'Oree du Bois, and the building you're looking for is the second one on the left. It is located in the parking lot farthest from the road.
