The Roguedas cottage is a newly built, comfortable living space measuring 68 m2. It is equivalent to a 3 or 4-star rated gite. The cottage offers a private garden and parking area, as well as a spacious south-facing terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture for enjoying the outdoors.

On the ground floor, there is a large main room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The room is filled with natural light from a large window, allowing you to enjoy the southern exposure. Additionally, a laundry room and toilet are conveniently located on the ground floor.

Every effort has been made to ensure that you feel at home during your stay. The cottage is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including an LCD TV, DVD player, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each accommodating two people (one double bed and two single beds), as well as a bathroom with a toilet. The living room also provides two additional sleeping options with a sofa bed.

As an added bonus, you can request access to an outdoor hot tub, golf equipment, and bicycles (two for adults and two for children). A stroller and baby cot are also available for your convenience.

Additional services, such as bed sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning, are available for an extra fee.
