Description for Gite

The gîte, known as La Petite Maison, is situated in the old servants' quarters within the property's surrounding wall. Despite being a part of its surroundings, it offers complete independence. It has a private garden and secure access to the swimming pool. The gîte has been awarded 3 épis by Gîtes de France.

La Petite Maison combines comfort and tradition to provide holiday accommodation for 2-3 people. The sitting room features a plain fireplace and an old stone stove called a potager, typical of simple houses from that time period. The bedroom on the mezzanine floor overlooks the sitting room. The separate kitchen and bathroom are tiled in terra cotta. The lime-washed walls and linen furnishings create a cozy and homely atmosphere. The private garden is perfect for relaxation before taking a gentle swim. Bed linen and towels are provided, and television is available upon request.

La Maison des Chênes, located in the south outer wall of the Logis de l'Astrée, faces the west and is surrounded by a wooded area. It offers a quiet and independent environment suitable for the Logis de l'Astrée. The gîte has two rooms, each with its own private bathroom (shower and toilet). With a surface area of approximately 100 m², it can accommodate a family of 4-5 people.

The spacious living room opens onto a private garden equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. A small path leads to the swimming pool on the property. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.

The gîte is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and iron. ADSL internet access is available at the reception of the Logis de l'Astrée. There is a parking area near the house with access through the garden. The Maison des Chênes is also accessible for handicapped individuals.
