Lucien warmly welcomes you to their spacious countryside house located in the South West of Poitiers, offering a cozy and family-oriented environment for your campaign. The house can accommodate up to 5 groups, with a choice of four 2-person rooms and one 3-person room. As part of the Green Tourism Shelters of France Charmance service, breakfast is served at the family table.Lucien also offers special discounts on popular tourist attractions such as Futuroscope, Valley of the Monkeys, Planet of Crocodiles, Le Vieux Cormenier, as well as assistance in planning your holidays to places like Le Marais Poitevin, Mouton Village, and Les Tumulus of Bougon. Approval of Holiday vouchers is accepted.
The house has a rustic charm and offers comfort, with each room having access to a shared toilet block with showers and washbasins. Guests also have access to a refrigerator and oven. Additionally, there is a swimming pool available for use.

Directions
To get to The Rooms in a guest house, follow these travel directions: Take exit number 30 on the A10 motorway towards Niort. Then, continue on D611 towards Coulombiers, always heading in the direction of Niort and Lusignan. After two kilometers past Coulombiers, make a right turn following the sign for The Rooms. Proceed for another kilometer until you reach the village of The Glass Factory or The Verrie. Look for a big white house with a rustic style on the first floor.
