Welcome to our charming gite in Brittany, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. This cozy accommodation is 33 m2 and can comfortably accommodate 2 people. Situated in a residential area, it offers a serene and green environment.

The gite is conveniently located just 7 km from the stunning Pink Granite coast, where you can explore the beautiful towns of Perros-Guirec and Ploumanach. With its independent entrance and garden-level access, you'll have plenty of privacy during your stay. Enjoy outdoor dining with the provided BBQ, garden table, and chairs.

For your convenience, the gite is only 300 m away from shops and 600 m from the town center. If you're arriving by train, the station is just 1 km away. For those arriving by ferry, the Roscoff terminal is 60 km (1h) away, and the St Malo terminal is 120 km (2h) away.

Inside the gite, you'll find a comfortable sitting-room and a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, hob, and microwave oven. The bathroom features a shower stall and 2 wash basins, and there are separate toilets. The bedroom offers a cozy bed measuring 160x200, perfect for a good night's sleep. Stay entertained with the TV and wifi internet access.

We are more than happy to provide beddings for your stay, and you'll also have access to a washing machine and iron during your time here.

The gite is available for weekly rentals, and a deposit of 25 percent can be paid via bank transfer.

There are plenty of nearby activities to enjoy during your stay, such as swimming, sailing, scuba diving, fishing, golf, tennis, horse riding, thalassotherapy, and even a visit to the casino. If you're in the mood for some entertainment, there are cinemas and discos nearby.

The gite is ideally situated near the sandy beaches of the Pink Granite coast, perfect for leisurely walks along the coastal paths.
