This charming stone property, once a herdsmans cottage, has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated. It can comfortably accommodate 4 to 5 guests in its 2 bedrooms. The upper floor features a double room and a twin room with an additional pull-out bed. There is also a shower room with a WC on this floor.The ground floor offers an open plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and an additional WC. Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with a 5.5m x 5.5m pool, which has a depth of 1.5m. Pool equipment is provided for convenience.
The cottage is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, DVD player, CD player, cot, high chair, and barbecue. Household linen, such as bed linen, towels, and tea towels, are provided for your comfort. The sheets are changed upon your arrival, regardless of the length of your stay.
Local facilities, such as shops, supermarkets, Post Offices, cafes, and restaurants, can be found in Pont-Aven or Nevez, which are just 2.5km away. To get to RUSTIN, follow these revised travel directions:
1. Take the exit labeled "Kerampaou" from the Lorient/Quimper expressway (N165-E60).
2. Continue along the road towards "Pont Aven" after leaving the expressway.
3. Once you reach the town center, cross the bridge and continue straight ahead, passing the Post Office on your left.
4. As you reach the top of the hill, turn left towards "Le Henan, Kerdruc".
5. At the next crossroads, where you'll find a typical Breton calvary in its center (Kerrun), turn right in the direction of "Nevez".
6. Approximately 800m ahead, you will find the left turn onto the private road that leads to RUSTIN.
