Welcome to a charming 4-star gîte gallery and its stunning garden, exclusively for your enjoyment. Situated near the Swiss border (Basel) and Germany (Weil am Rhein), this delightful house is classified by the Prefecture and approved by Charming Cottage - 3 ears with Gîtes de France. It can accommodate 7 to 8 people, plus a baby, and is located in a picturesque village at the foot of Sundgau half Alsatian Jura. The house is adorned with sixty watercolors and acrylic paintings, creating an atmosphere of a living gallery.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that opens to a cozy living room with a sofa, TV, and DVD player, as well as a HIFI system. There is also a bathroom with a hydrojet shower, a washer-dryer, and a separate toilet. Moving up to the first floor, you will discover another bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool tub, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a balcony. On the second floor, a large open space awaits, with four single beds, a lounge area, a library, and a TV. The house is equipped with electric heating, and baby equipment is available upon request.

Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful garden, private parking, and a courtyard enclosed by an automatic gate. There is also a balcony and terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a ping-pong table. For your convenience, a long weekend rate (3 nights) is available for 330, and there is an additional charge of 10 per day for pets. Waste sorting with compost is available, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. Free WIFI access is also provided.

LA MAISONNETTE-SMÜESSHISLÉ is a charming guest house located on the border of Switzerland (Basel) and Germany (Weil-am-Rhein). Rated 3 ears of corn by Gîte de France, this accommodation is perfect for 7 to 8 people and a baby. Surrounded by nature and offering a variety of leisure activities, this spacious country house is attached to the owner's residence in a quaint Sundgauvian village at the base of the Alsatian Jura mountains. The house is beautifully decorated with sixty paintings and is open all year round.

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a comfortable living room, as well as a bathroom with a washing machine. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with two single beds and one double bed, along with a separate toilet and another bathroom. The second floor offers a large open space with three single beds and a small lounge area.

For entertainment, the house is equipped with a DVD player, two TVs, and a Hi-fi system. There is also an electrical heating system to keep guests warm during colder months. Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious balcony and terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The private yard is secured by an automatic gate, and there is ample parking space available. Baby equipment is provided, and beds will be made upon arrival for added convenience.

Directions

To get to the destination from Mulhouse via Highway A35, take the Saint-Louis/Hésingue exit. After exiting, make a left turn towards Hésingue and continue driving. Pass through Hésingue and head towards Folgensbourg. Drive through Folgensbourg, Bettlach, and Saint-Blaise. Once you reach Oltingue, turn left onto the first street before the Musée Paysan (look for the white sign "Chapelle Saint-Brice"). On the left side of the street, you will see a red gate. Enter the courtyard after the red gate, and the owner's house is located at the corner of "Rue Principale" and "Rue de Leymen."
