The technical room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The property also boasts a garden terrace with a barbecue, as well as access to a common park. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: the first bedroom has a 160x200 bed, the second bedroom has a 90x190 bed, and the third bedroom has a 100x200 bed. The cottage itself boasts a bright and spacious interior, with a stunning view of the beautiful park. The living room features a cozy wood stove and a large 107 cm TV, while the open living area spanning 44 m² is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and a well-appointed kitchen. There is also a convenient WC, a technical room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a dressing area.

Outside, guests can enjoy a terrace, a garden with a barbecue, and access to the shared park.

On the upper floor, the cottage offers three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable 160x200 bed, the second bedroom has a 90x190 bed, and the third bedroom offers a 100x200 bed.
