Our two cottages are completely independent. Suite Pepper can be accessed through an external stone staircase and has a private terrace of 10m2, shaded by an arbor. The suite, with an area of 30m2, is west-facing and features a 160cm bed, a seating area, and a small kitchenette equipped with 2 hotplates, a refrigerator, a sink, a dishwasher, and an electric barbecue. A glass partition separates the bedroom from the bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet.

The Lin Seed chamber is located in a wing of the house and opens up to a flower-filled Couradou, a small courtyard with the fragrance of Mediterranean citrus. It faces south and consists of two interconnected parts, connected by an internal iron staircase crafted by a local artisan. The bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Description for Gite

Located in the charming hamlet of Chabanne, near Chirols Vals les Bains, Antraigues, and Aubenas, this 18th-century silk factory has been lovingly restored to blend traditional character with a contemporary aesthetic. The house boasts features such as old chestnut beams, stone windows, and antique furniture, while also incorporating modern elements like polished concrete floors, a metal staircase, and aluminum door frames.

With a total area of 70 m2, the cottage comfortably accommodates up to 5 people and offers 2 bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed (140cm) and the other has twin beds (90 cm). The main floor showcases a walk-in shower and a lava stone sink accessible from both bedrooms.

The cozy living room, with its high ceiling and abundant natural light streaming through the large bay window, provides a perfect gathering space. It includes a kitchenette and a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and dishwasher.

An iron staircase leads to a bridge with a relaxation area and a private terrace of 40 m2. This terrace offers breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys, including the stunning mountains of Tanargue. Without any neighbors to obstruct the view, the terrace features a table, lounge chairs, an electric barbecue, and an old stone sink.

Nature lovers will appreciate the cottage's proximity to rivers such as the Ardèche, Fontaulière, and Bourges, which offer beautiful spots for swimming and fishing.
