Choose from three guest bedrooms, each featuring an ensuite bath or shower room. Feel free to explore the garden and take a dip in the secure swimming pool, or fire up the barbecue for a delicious grill. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the courtyard or the salon de chasse. For those who prefer to self-cater, there is a village house available for 4-6 people across the street. Private parking is available in our cave. Cuxac d Aude is ideally located for exploring the surrounding area, with Narbonne just 10km away and the Mediterranean beaches only 25 minutes by car. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the Cathare castles, the Cite of Carcassonne, and the canal du midi. The house features 2 double bedrooms with 140cm beds, as well as a mezzanine with 2 single beds. The bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, along with a bathroom and separate toilet. On the first floor, you will find a spacious dining room and sitting area, complete with a cozy fireplace and complimentary firewood. The fully equipped kitchen is also situated on this floor. Directions
To reach our destination, start by exiting the autoroute du Sud A9 at junction 38. Then, follow the ring road N9 towards Carcassonne and Beziers. Look out for the signs directing you to Cuxac d Aude, and at the 4th roundabout, take the last exit onto D13 towards Cuxac d Aude. Once you reach the village, you will notice a boulangerie on your right. Opposite the boulangerie, turn onto the road that leads to Salleles. At the Hotel de Ville, make a left turn and continue for 200m until you see our sign post on the left, indicating rue du Bac. Look out for another sign displaying Maison Pelissier. Parking is available in the cave across the street.
