This charming farmhouse, dating back to the 18th century, warmly welcomes you. The property boasts four holiday houses, each featuring a delightful garden. Additionally, from April to October, guests can enjoy a covered and heated swimming pool.

Directions

You can easily find our travel directions on our website, fermedelavieuville.fr. Simply click on the "contact" tab on the menu bar at the top of each page. There, you will find our GPS coordinates and a location map for "Google Maps."

1. If you are coming from Caen (N176), take the Dol de Bretagne / Cancale exit by the coast (D 155). Follow the road along the bay with Mont St Michel in view. Then, turn right towards Cancale (D 76). Upon arrival in Cancale, you will see poles with 4 flags. Turn left onto "route of tram" (easily identifiable by a billboard of the restaurant "Le Querrien" and "pools of Cancale"). Continue on this road until the end without deviating. Then, turn left and immediately turn left again to find us. Avoid two small impasses at the beginning of the road to the left, as they lead to a hiking path inaccessible by cars.

1a. If you are arriving from Rennes (D 137), exit the 4-way at Châteauneuf dIlle et Villaine and continue straight to Cancale (D 76). When you arrive in Cancale, follow the instructions mentioned above. Please note that Vieuville is not always recognized by GPS systems. You can enter "route of tram" instead.

2. If you are arriving from St Malo by the coast (RD 201), continue towards Cancale and Rennes (D 76) at the tip of Grouin. At the intersection with traffic lights, continue straight towards Rennes. Pass a small roundabout and continue straight. After 300m, take the small road to the right (Lieu-dit "the city are gray") and immediately turn right onto "street of the city are gray." Stay on this road for about 1km until you see a green strip indicating a left turn opposite the farm "The Langotière." Vieuville is not always recognized by GPS systems. You can enter "street of the city are gray" instead.

3. If you are arriving from St Malo through St Coulomb (D 355), after the church and the small roundabout in St Coulomb, turn left towards Cancale (RD 355). At the roundabout, continue straight towards Super G. At the intersection with traffic lights, turn right towards Rennes (D 76). Pass a small roundabout and continue straight. After 300m, take the small road to the right (Lieu-dit "the city are gray") and immediately turn right onto "street of the city are gray." Follow this road for about 1km until you see a green strip indicating a left turn opposite the farm "The Langotière." Vieuville is not always recognized by GPS systems. You can enter "street of the city are gray" instead.

4. If you are arriving from St Malo through St Méloir waves (D 155), at the intersection of Red Doors, continue straight over the bridge and take a left towards Cancale (D 76). Upon arrival, you will see poles with 4 flags. Turn left onto "route of tram" (easily identifiable by a billboard of the restaurant "Le Querrien" and "pools of Cancale"). Continue on this road until the end without deviating. Then, turn left and immediately turn left again to find us. Please note that Vieuville is sometimes indicated by outdated GPS systems that will lead you to a closed road and a dirt path. Make sure to turn left after the bridge.
