Welcome to lEAU VIVE!Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and find tranquility in our newly renovated stone farmhouse. With its rustic beams and slate roof, our secluded pastoral setting is the perfect retreat. Located just 3 km (2 miles) from the charming town of Chateauneuf du Faou in Central Brittany.
Indulge in relaxation with our heated pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by lush greenery, all at no additional cost. Whether you stay for just one night or more, our private suite awaits you. It opens directly onto the pool and jacuzzi, offering convenience and privacy.
Your suite includes a comfortable double bed, a private toilet and wash basin (with a shared bathroom featuring a shower and bath with the owner), towels, a mini fridge, a flat screen TV, and Wi-Fi. Rest assured with safe parking by the house.
Our owner, along with his four ultra-friendly dogs, will warmly welcome you to Waterside. Enjoy a complimentary Continental breakfast featuring fresh farm eggs, local butter, and crusty French bread, served at flexible hours.
Explore the nearby attractions, such as the Nantes/Brest canal - a paradise for fishing - and its scenic towpath, perfect for leisurely strolls. You can also visit the local equestrian center or embark on hiking trails between the captivating Black Mountains and the Monts d'Arrée (373m). Push the little gate,
your look will not stop contemplating the site ; the very well restored old farm is splendidly fitted out ; the cosy inside is minutely decorated. The outside space 'eau vive -spool and jacuzzi' are lovely
