This gite is ideally located on the bay of Cancale and Mont St Michel, only 400 meters from the beach. It is situated in a quiet area, tucked away in a dead end with no overlooking neighbors, making it an ideal place for relaxation. Within a short distance of 300 meters, you will find various shops including a grocery store, pharmacy, butcher, four restaurants, bakery, and a bar tobacco.

This house is perfect for families with children as it is fully equipped with everything you need for your little ones, including a baby bed, bath, changing table, and toys. Additionally, we provide 7 bikes for both adults and children to explore the surrounding area.

The layout of the house is as follows: on the ground floor, there is a spacious living area of 90 m2 with a granite fireplace, a dining room, an office, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a private bathroom in the hallway and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find three large bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a TV and DVD player, a large bathroom, and another separate toilet.

The main attractions of this lease are the comfort and tranquility it offers, situated between Cancale and Mont St Michel along the beautiful coastline.

Please note that pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The price for renting this gite ranges from 450€ to 1000€ per week, depending on the season and the number of guests. Weekend stays are also possible, and extended weekends can be arranged. Additional packages, such as linen, are available for an extra charge.
