The cottage is conveniently located only 800 meters from the village, where you can find small shops such as a cooperative, a coffee shop, and a newsagent. Additionally, there is a 24/7 vegetable dispenser and a gardener just 150 meters away.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to witness the milking of cows and taste fresh milk. If you are a hiking enthusiast, there are 17 circuits available in the surrounding villages and the Quesnoy ramparts. You will have access to documentation to help you plan your outdoor adventures.

The cottage offers a flexible arrival day and is equipped with all the necessary amenities. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room and a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The first floor features two bedrooms - one with two single beds and an adjoining bathroom with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower, and the other with a double bed and a bathroom with an Italian shower, washbasin, and toilet on the same level. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine. Gas central heating, utilities, and linen are included in the rental, and a cleaning service is available upon request. The cottage is also baby-friendly.

Directions

To get from A2 Marly to Paris Brussels, take exit 22b. Then, follow the signs for Préseau / Quesnoy on the D73 road. Once you reach Préseau, continue on the D173 road towards Maresches. In Maresches, follow the signs for Sepmeries on the D129 road.
